Les Toits casual rooftop eatery serves healthy, heartfelt cuisine with tributes to the Mediterranean. Guests enjoy contemporary, flavour-filled creations by our talented Executive Chef Damien Cruchet, including freshly-caught fish, tasty free-range meats and locally-sourced seasonal vegetables to savour around the pool or in the spacious and airy dining room. Drinks and snacks served at all hours, lunch from noon to 3 p.m., dinner from 7 to 10 p.m. (11 p.m. in summer).
Relish a generous à la carte or buffet breakfast bursting with local produce, homemade delicacies and fresh juices as you pore over the day’s newspapers out on the patio adorned with Mediterranean plants or in the elegant dining room. The patio and lounge can be privatized on request for exceptional events. Breakfast from 7 to 11 a.m. and until noon in July and August.

Alongside must-have coffees, teas and hot chocolates, our Head Barman conjures up deliciously-original cocktail creations and offers a carefully-curated choice of wines, Champagnes, spirits and rare liqueurs.
