at “Les Toits”

Every Sunday, indulge in a delicious brunch to be enjoyed at your table, with family or friends, at the Les Toits restaurant of the Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez. A gourmet and convivial escape between sky and sea, set on the village’s only rooftop. Among the dishes, two signature specialties are featured on the menu throughout the season: whole roasted sea bass and traditional Sunday roast chicken (both available by reservation 48 hours in advance). A DJ set accompanies these suspended moments, adding a refined rhythm to the experience.
