Third edition of the Best Title Prize at the Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez
This year’s 3rd edition is set to offer literature livers another outstanding experience.
Now a must-do meeting for literature lovers, the Prix du Titre (Best Title Prize) celebrates the creativity, audacity and elegance of today’s writers. Once again this year, four exceptional works have been hand-picked for the final selection, each bringing its own unique voice to the literary landscape.
Among this year’s talented finalists, the work of Simonetta Greggio particularly captivated our jury members and prompted us to host a special evening event in late September. Join us for an immersion in creativity in the intimate and inspiring setting of the Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez.
The finalists: an homage to contemporary literature
This year, the jury is showcasing four works full of finesse, testifying to the diversity of today’s literary talents. Among them:
- Mes nuits sans Bardot by Simonetta Greggio (Editions Albin Michel)
- Une sale affaire by Virginie Linhart (Editions Flammarion)
- Le ciel en sa fureur (The sky in its fury) by Adeline Fleury (Editions de L’observatoire)
- Ceux qui appartiennent au jour by Emma de Doude Van Trootswijk (Editions de Minuit)
An intimate literary moment: encounter with author and finalist Simonetta Greggio
On Friday September 27th, at 7.30 p.m., the Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez will have the honour of welcoming Simonetta Greggio for an exclusive conversation on her latest novel, “Mes nuits sans Bardot”. This privileged get-together, in the hotel’s intimate setting, will offer literature aficionados a unique opportunity to chat with the author about her latest work evoking one of Saint-Tropez’s most famous icons: Brigitte Bardot.
The novel, in which Bardot is omnipresent, particularly resonates with our hotel – you’ll find the actress’s story everywhere here. The Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez is celebrating the star’s 90th birthday this year with a special feature titled Brigitte Bardot, the eternal muse of Saint-Tropez, in tribute to her timeless influence on the village.
During the evening event, Simonetta Greggio will be inviting the audience to step into the wings of her novel, her fascination for Bardot and how she set about capturing the mystery of the legendary icon.
Led by Agnès Bouquet, the conversation promises to be an exceptional moment, aptly reflecting the artistic and cultural aura of the Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez. If you would like to attend the “Conversation with Agnès” with Simonetta Greggio, please send us a booking request by email.
