Your Lunch & Spa Saint-Tropez experience begins with a wellness menu at our rooftop restaurant “Les Toits”. Balanced and flavourful, this four-hands culinary creation – imagined by Dr. Olivier Courtin-Clarins in collaboration with the Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez’s talented Chef – exalts natural ingredients and plants with reputed properties, including those used to formulate the world-renowned Clarins treatments. On the menu: Eggs Mimosa & Provence Green Asparagus, Grilled Fillet of Sea Bream with Orange-Scented Fennel & Timut Pepper, and to finish, a Vegan Pavlova with Cocoa, Cornflower and Hibiscus Jelly.
