It also records the status and amount of data transferred as part of that request, as well as information about your browser product and version, and your computer’s operating system. Your computer’s IP address is stored only for the time of your use of the website, then immediately deleted or made anonymous by shortening. The remaining data is stored for a limited period of time. We use this data for the operation of our website, in particular to detect and eliminate website errors, to determine website usage and to make adjustments or improvements (basic legal text: Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1 of the RGPD).
Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally sent to a Google server in the United States and stored there. However, if IP anonymization is activated on this website, your IP address will first be shortened by Google in the member states of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will be transmitted to a Google server in the USA, where it will be shortened only in exceptional cases. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage in general. The IP address transmitted by your browser within the framework of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data. You can prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings.
However, please note that if you do this, you may not be able to use the full functionality of this site. You can also prevent the collection by Google of data generated by the cookie and linked to your use of the site (including your IP address) and the processing of this data by Google by downloading the browser plug-in available under the following link http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=fr and installing it.
We use Google Analytics to regularly analyze and improve the use of our website. The statistics obtained enable us to improve our offer and make it more interesting for you as a user. For the exceptional cases in which personal data is transferred to the USA, Google is subject to the rules of the EU-US Privacy Shield scheme. https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is Article 6, paragraph 1, page 1, letter f of the GDPR.
For more information on data processing by Google, please see Google’s privacy policy: http://www.google.com/intl/fr/policies/privacy.
Google Adwords conversion tracking
We use Google Adwords services to draw attention to our offers on other websites by means of advertising media (known as Google Adwords). We use the campaign data we obtain to determine the success of a particular advertising medium. The aim is to show you ads that interest you, make our site more interesting for you and calculate advertising costs fairly.
These advertising media are provided by Google via “ad servers”. To do this, we use ad server cookies, which measure certain performance metrics, such as ad insertion or user clicks. If you access our website via a Google ad, Google Adwords stores a cookie on your computer. These cookies generally lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to identify you personally. In addition to this cookie, analysis values such as the Cookie-ID, the number of ad impressions per placement (frequency), the last impression (relevant for conversions after display) and deactivation information (tag that the user no longer wishes to see) are stored.
These cookies enable Google to recognize your Internet browser. As soon as a user visits certain pages of an Adwords client’s site, and the cookie stored on his or her computer has not yet expired, Google and the client are able to recognize that the user has clicked on the ad and been redirected to that page. Each Adwords client is assigned a different cookie. This means that cookies cannot be tracked by Adwords clients’ websites. We do not collect or process any personal data ourselves in the above-mentioned advertising measures. We only receive statistical evaluations from Google. On the basis of these evaluations, we can identify which advertising media are particularly effective. We do not receive any other information about the use of the advertising medium; in particular, we cannot identify users on the basis of this information.
The marketing tools used automatically establish a direct connection between your browser and the Google server. We have no influence on the scope and further use of the data collected through the use of this tool by Google and inform you as far as we know: by installing Google AdWords Conversion, Google receives information on which page of our website you have accessed or which of our ads you have clicked on. If you are registered for a service provided by Google, Google may associate the visit with your account. Even if you are not registered with Google or are not logged in, it is possible that the provider finds and records your IP address.
You can refuse to participate in this tracking process in several ways:
a) by changing your browser settings, in particular if you refuse third-party cookies, you will not receive third-party ads ;
b) by disabling conversion tracking cookies by setting your browser to block cookies from the “www.googleadservices.com” https://www.google.de/settings/ads domain; this setting is removed when you delete your cookies;
c) by deactivating interest ads from suppliers who are part of the “About Ads” self-regulatory campaign on the http://www.aboutads.info/choices link, this setting is deleted when you delete your cookies;
d) by permanently disabling cookies on your Firefox, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome browsers at http://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Please note that in this case you may not be able to use all the functions of this offer.
The legal text on which the processing of your data is based is Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1 letter f of the RGPD. For more information on privacy at Google, please visit http://www.google.com/intl/fr/policies/privacy. Google is subject to the EU-US Privacy Shield rules.
Facebook Custom Audiences
Our website uses the “Custom Audiences” remarketing functionality of Facebook Inc (“Facebook”). This allows users of the website to display interest-based advertisements (“Facebook Ads”) as part of their visit to the Facebook social network or other websites that also use the process. This is done in order to show you ads that interest you, and to make our site more interesting for you.
Thanks to the marketing tools used, your browser automatically establishes a direct connection to the Facebook server. We have no control over the extent and further use of the data, which are collected through the use of this tool by Facebook and therefore inform you according to our level of knowledge: By installing Facebook Custom Audiences, Facebook receives information about the sites you have visited or clicked on one of our advertisements. If you are registered for a Facebook service, Facebook may assign the visit to your account. Even if you are not registered with Facebook or logged in, it is possible that the provider finds and records your IP address and other identifying characteristics.
To deactivate the “Facebook Custom Audiences” feature for logged-in users, go to: https://www.facebook.com/settings/?tab=ads#_.
The legal text underlying the processing of your data is Article 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1, letter f of the GDPR. For more information on data processing by Facebook, go to https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy.
Integrated third-party content (e.g. Google Maps, YouTube, etc.)
Insofar as content from third-party operators such as Google Maps and YouTube is presented on our site, your IP address and the content of the third-party operator referred to under “Logfiles” is required to provide the content and display it in the browser. We have no influence on the third-party operator’s data processing. If you are logged in to a third-party operator with a user account, the third-party operator may assign your user behavior to your user account. If necessary, the third-party operator stores your data as usage profiles and uses them for the purposes of advertising, market research and/or personalization of its website. Rights of objection to the formation of such user profiles must be addressed to the third-party operator.
For further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by the third-party operator, please refer to its privacy policy. There you will also find more information about your rights and settings options for protecting your privacy:
