Les Toits: an experience suspended between sky and sea
Nestled on the rooftop of the Hôtel de Paris Saint Tropez, the Les Toits restaurant invites guests to an exceptional interlude. Accessible to all, it is open daily from April to October for lunches and dinners orchestrated by Chef David Ignoffo. Sun filled dishes, both generous and refined, celebrate the Tropezian art of living within a truly unique setting.
Around the open air swimming pool, the Les Toits bar lounge unveils an inspired menu designed to elevate the moment, featuring sharing plates, a carefully curated selection of Provence wines, and creative signature cocktails such as the Sagan High Tea, an exclusive creation paying tribute to writer Françoise Sagan.
The cocktail collection titled “Like in the movies” pays homage to iconic films shot in Saint Tropez, including La Piscine, Le Gendarme à Saint Tropez, Un moment d’égarement, and L’Année des méduses. Brigitte Bardot also serves as an enduring source of inspiration, with a series of exclusive creations ranging from Moi je joue to Paris à Saint Tropez, and Et Dieu… créa la femme, subtle nods to the legend and the spirit of Saint Tropez.
Iconic cocktails sit alongside a selection of inventive mocktails, including a composition inspired by the Eau Dynamisante by Clarins, the perfect pairing before or after a treatment or massage at the Spa by Clarins.
As the sun sets over the bay, the terrace opens onto the sky and the rooftops of Saint Tropez. The venue then reveals its full aura and becomes one of the most sought after rendezvous on the Riviera.
