Les Toits: an experience suspended between sky and sea
Nestled on the rooftop of the Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez, Les Toits restaurant invites you to enjoy an exceptional break. Open to all, it is open every day from April to October for lunch or dinner prepared by Chef David Ignoffo. Sun-kissed dishes, both elegant and generous, celebrate the Saint-Tropez lifestyle in a unique setting.
Surrounding the open-air pool, the Les Toits bar-lounge offers an inspired menu designed to enhance the moment: dishes to share, a selection of carefully chosen Provence wines and creative signature cocktails, such as the Sagan High-Tea, an exclusive creation in homage to the writer Françoise Sagan.
The ‘like in the movies’ cocktail collection pays tribute to the great classics filmed in Saint-Tropez: La Piscine, Le Gendarme à Saint-Tropez, Un moment d’égarement and L’Année des méduses. The iconic Brigitte Bardot also inspires a collection of exclusive creations, from the Moi je joue au Paris à Saint-Tropez cocktail to Et Dieu… créa la femme, a nod to the legend and spirit of Saint-Tropez.
The must-try ‘iconic’ cocktails are accompanied by a selection of creative mocktails, including a composition inspired by Clarins’ Eau Dynamisante, the perfect accompaniment before or after a treatment or massage at the Spa by Clarins.
And when the sun sets over the bay, the terrace embraces the sky and the rooftops of Saint-Tropez. The venue then reveals all its magic and becomes one of the most exclusive destinations on the Riviera.
