Each week, Les Toits de l’Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez welcomes “Le Dimanche sur Les Toits”, a convivial culinary rendezvous to be enjoyed atop the village’s only rooftop. A DJ set accompanies these suspended moments. Not to be missed: two signature dishes, whole roasted sea bass and the traditional Sunday roast chicken, available by reservation.
