The Hôtel de Paris Saint-Tropez and Château Roubine present a limited-edition rosé wine cuvée to celebrate the hotel’s tenth anniversary.

For the occasion, the five-star hotel in Saint-Tropez and the famous winery run by Valérie Rousselle have collaborated on a Premium organic cuvée with a unique label in the hotel’s anniversary colors.

Located in the heart of the Var between Lorgues and Draguignan, the Château Roubine winery dates back to the time of the Knights Templar. Its long history has led it to evolve, culminating in Biodynamic certification in 2020, and it is one of the eighteen crus classés in Provence.

This cuvée Premium Rosé, subtle on the palate, reveals a complex, slightly smoky fruitiness that develops suave notes.
